Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Food is always just a little off here, and service is always slow. For instance, I ordered a medium well burger that came out pink and cold in the middle. Our party of four went in around 8pm and the dining room was not busy. We waited almost a half hour for our food. One of our party asked for the same additional condiments twice, it took another 15 minutes, because the waitress forgot about it. Servers are always nice though, so we always go back thinking we'll have a better experience. If you are not in a hurry and don't mind your order not cooked to your request, go for it.

Food is always good, especially the bottomless fries and yummy dipping sauces! Service is always great (even on weekends and with larger parties). Their crew is always team oriented and it shows for their customer service.
